Mission

Problems

Expenses for Golfers include…

Golf Clubs

Green Fees

Golf Accessories

… and Lessons

The average annual cost of being a golfer is estimated to be over $3000+ for the first year and extends up to at least $125,000 for the lifetime.

About 14% of golfers took some form of professional lessons to improve the golf with an average cost at $50-100 per 30 minute lesson.

Most of the existing golf swing analyzer compares your swing with pro’s swing but not yourself.

Comparing against a pro would not give a personalized training and learning experience to capture the subtle differences of your swing changes.

58% of users use apps for posting scores

34% of users use apps for booking tee-times

13% of users use apps for swing analysis

… on the other hand, there’s no single source

of community that connects golfers together

Overview

In response to the demand for golf apps in the market, I built a golf community app as a co-founder to allow users to analyze their golf swings for improved swing consistency and helps them connect with local players.
I spearheaded the product vision by analyzing competitors and collaborating on the roadmap.
